Kaise hota hai

From the first call to the last guest, here's how we work

Six clear steps, the same for a family wedding or a company night. You always know what happens next, what it costs and who to call.

Strings of marigold garlands

The six steps

What happens, and when

Every event moves through the same six steps. Each one ends with something you can hold: a brief, a plan, a booking or a run sheet.

01

Share your plans

Tell us the occasion, the date or season, the city and a rough guest count, through the form, a call or WhatsApp. A rough idea is enough to start.

You get

A call back from a planner

02

Meet your planner

We meet or call to understand your family’s customs or your brand, the mood you want and the budget you are comfortable with.

You get

A clear brief, written down

03

Proposal and budget

Venue options, a concept, vendor suggestions and a line-by-line costing. Change anything you like before you agree to it.

You get

A written plan and costing

04

Booking and design

Once you approve, we book the venues, vendors and artists, design the décor and send one programme for every function.

You get

Confirmed bookings, one programme

05

Final checks

Walkthroughs, rehearsals, guest lists, travel and a day-by-day run sheet, confirmed with every vendor in the last week.

You get

A run sheet everyone works from

06

The day itself

Our team is on site from set-up to send-off, running the timings, the vendors and the guests, so you can be with your people.

You get

A day you actually get to enjoy

Our promise

What you can count on at every step

One planner, start to finish

The same person from the first meeting to the last guest, with a team behind them on the day.

Everything in writing

The brief, the plan, the costing and the programme, shared with you at each stage.

No surprise bills

Nothing is booked until you approve it, and any change is costed before it is made.

Updates you can share

Progress shared as bookings are made, easy to forward to the family or your team.

By event

How the steps change for your event

The six steps stay the same; what we plan inside them changes with the occasion.

Social events

A theme, a décor sketch and a costing, then we set up, run the day and clear up.

Fireworks over a concert stage

Concerts and shows

Production plan, permissions, ticketing, rehearsals and crowd planning for the night.

Questions

Asked before every first meeting

Still unsure about something? Ask it in the form below and your planner will answer.

As early as you can. Popular dates, venues and artists are booked first, so an early start gives you more choice. If your timeline is tight, ask us anyway.

Yes. Some families hand us the whole wedding week; others need only the décor, an artist or the sangeet. Tell us what you need and we will plan around it.

Once we understand your plans, we share a line-by-line costing. Nothing is booked until you approve it, and any change is costed before it is made.

Yes. One planner leads your event from the first meeting to the last guest, and a team works with them on the day.

Yes. We plan destination weddings and events in other cities, including the venue, travel and guest stays.

The occasion, a date or season, the city and a rough guest count. Photos of things you love help too.
